Payment & Refund Policy

  

  1. General Terms and Conditions Related to Payments and refund:
    • Agreement to Pay: “By proceeding with payment, you agree to pay the total amount displayed for the selected service(s), including any applicable taxes.”
    • Authorization to Charge: “You authorize [Eco-smart] and its payment processor______, to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount.”
    • Accuracy of Payment Information: “It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. [Eco-smart] is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect payment details provided by you.”
    • Security Responsibility: “While we take measures to secure your payment information as outlined in our Payment Security section, you are also responsible for maintaining the security of your own payment credentials and online accounts.”
    • Changes to Pricing: “[Eco-Smart] reserves the right to change the pricing of services at any time. However, such changes will not affect orders for which payment has already been processed, unless there was a clear and demonstrable error in the original pricing.”
    • Availability of Payment Methods: “The availability of specific payment methods (Credit/Debit Cards, SMART Wallet, Apple Pay, etc.) is subject to change at our discretion and the policies of our payment processor, ”
    • Currency of Transaction: “All transactions are concluded in Egyptian Pounds.”
  2. Terms and Conditions Related to One-Time Service (OTS):
    • Payment Method: “Payment of the One-Time Service shall be online by Bank Cards (Debit/Credit), through its payment processor [_______]. Provided that the payment for the service(s) shall be in advance; so that ECO-Smart can confirm the booking.
    • Refund and Cancellation Policy:
      • For Immediate Scheduled Services that shall be rendered within one (1) hour from making the payment of the booking of the scheduled service:
        • canceling the booking within 5 minutes of confirming the booking by making the payment: the booking amount shall be fully refunded for the paid amount, and such amount is being processed to the same debit or credit card used for the booking within 15 working days, or such an amount could be fully refunded to the e-wallet of the application so that the customer could use it later. Moreover, the customer may opt to reschedule their scheduled service time.
        • canceling the booking after the lapse of five (5) from the booking time: the paid amount shall not be eligible for a full and/or partial refund.
      • “For Scheduled Services that shall be rendered after more than one (1) hour from making the payment of the booking of the scheduled service:
        • For canceling the booking by the customer at least 1 hours prior to the scheduled booking, a full refund for the paid amount and shall be processed to the same debit or credit card used for the booking within 15 working days, or such an amount could be fully refunded to the e-wallet of the application so that the customer could use it later, the customer may opt to reschedule their scheduled service time.”
        • For canceling the booking within 1 hour or less of the scheduled booking, the paid amount shall not be eligible for a full and/or partial refund.
  1. Terms and Conditions Related to Bundle Service:
    • Payment Method: “Payment of the Bundle Service shall be online by Bank Cards (Debit/Credit), through its payment processor [_______].”
      • Refund and Cancellation Policy:
        • Cancelling Bundle: For cancellations made by the customer at least 24 hours prior to the first scheduled wash of the bundle, a full refund for the paid amount will be processed throughout the original payment method, or such an amount could be fully refunded to the e-wallet of the application so that the customer could use it later.”

“For cancellations made by the customer during the duration of the bundle (after the first scheduled wash of the bundle), a refund for the paid amount will be processed throughout the original payment method, after deducting the cost of any rendered services , or such amount could be refunded to the e-wallet of the application so that the customer could use it later.”

  • Rescheduling / cancelling wash that 24 hours prior to the booking time: for cancellations made by the customer at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled wash (through the duration of the bundle); the customer may opt to reschedule his scheduled service time, or he may cancel such scheduled service time and it will be added to his remaining washes of the bundle.
  • Rescheduling / cancelling wash less than 24 hours prior to the booking time: for cancellations made by the customer than 24 hours prior to the next scheduled wash (through the duration of the bundle); requests for cancellations hereto will be considered as rendered and therefore shall be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Cancellations requests made by the customer less than 12 hours prior to the original booking time; no rescheduling may, and the scheduled service hence is considered as rendered.

  • Expiration Date of Bundles: Each bundle shall have an expiration date, after which the customer shall no longer be eligible for any refunds.
  1. Invoice Policies:
    • Invoice Issuance Timing: “E-Invoices will be issued after your service order is confirmed and the payment process has been successfully processed.”
    • Handling Payment Issues:
      • Failed Payments: “If your payment fails for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), you will be notified, and the service booking may be placed on hold or canceled. You may be required to update your payment information or try a different payment method to complete your booking.”

Payment Disputes/Chargebacks: “If you have concerns regarding a payment, please contact our customer support team first to attempt to resolve the issue. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, it may delay the resolution process, and we reserve the right to suspend your account until the issue is resolved.”
